Eileen Page engages values-driven leaders and their organizations to realize relevant results. She works confidentially with board, executive and functional leaders to develop and implement vision and strategy. At the same time, clients enhance leadership skills, styles and approaches to improve personal satisfaction on the job, effectiveness in working with others; as well as strategic thinking and organizational performance. Eileen guides leaders to engage staff in achieving strategic results and significant improvements for clients, employees, operations, management and financials.
Over the past thirty three years, Eileen has worked with values-driven organizations in all sectors; including Manulife, HSBC, M&M Mars, Nestle, Magna, Abitibi, Inco, Scott Paper, Suncor, Colgate Palmolive, MAN Diesel, The Mayo Clinic, The Cleveland Clinic, The Hospital for Sick Children, SmithKline Beecham, National Cancer Institute, MDS, Institute Pasteur, Christchurch Hospital, Vancouver Hospital, Consumer Contact, LC Developmental Services, Coalition of Collaborative Lawyers, Ladysmith Secondary School.
Eileen has led the reinvention of more that 25 organizations; working with:
- boards, executives and middle managers to develop, clarify and implement strategy, leadership and management processes (vision, values, strategy, measures, governance, decision-making, accountability, leading change, culture, organization, communication, conflict and performance management) for improved strategic results.
- managers and frontline employees to design, pilot and measure changes in operations from implementing effective processes, roles and structure; use of information, technology and facilities to achieve high performance in delivering products and services.
Her approach assures results by engaging individual strengths, interests and potential; focusing groups on desired results; applying a proven methodology and a disciplined approach. Leaders, employees and teams build capacity, capability and resilience in addressing change; organizations build cohesive and sustainable infrastructure with dramatic, positive improvements for clients, operations, the organization and financially.
Eileen designs and teaches leadership, coaching, visioning, strategy, organizations and implementation/change in both academic and corporate settings; and has line experience in scientific research, IT, operations, finance, organization development and people practices. She designed and teaches Leadership, Leader as Coach; Strategic Health Management and Executive Programs at several universities. She presents and publishes on leadership, change, and how to achieve extraordinary performance through people.
